I hereby direct my Personal Representative to liquidate
my stocks and tionds as soon as practicable and to distribute
the proceeds from said stocks and bonds together with the
remaining cash in my Estate as follows: To my son, DARYL
ANDERSON, five elevenths (5/11) of said fund; one eleventh
ea~h of said fund to my beloved grandchildren, SUZANNE ~
NICKISCH, LYNN NICKISCH, LISA NICKISCH, MELISSA NICKISCH,
~ BRIAN ANDERSON, LINNEA ANDERSQN. The shares of each grand-
child are to be deposited with the First National Bank of
; Fort Pierce in separate accounts for each grandchild in the
s name of my son, DARYL ANDERSON, as to his children, and in

' the name of my daughter, JULEE NICKISCH, as to her children,

: or his/her spouse should either predecease me, as natural

~ guardian of each child. These sums may be invested in

~ Certificates of Deposit or any interest paying account,

~ ' at the discretion of the parent, with the intent that the ~

~ highest possible yield on the accounts be obtained. The
~ principal and interest earned on each account shall be paid

~ out to the child upon the child's eighteenth birthday.
It is my hope and desire that my grandchildren will use

~ these monies to further their educations. If any grand- ~
child shall predecease me, then said bequest shall become
