recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit coeut of the county in which the Property is located and
in which this Mortgage is offered for record on the date~ in the volume and~ at the page as follows:

Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 thraugh 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19~ 20. 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Property~ Borrower~ I,ender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by eeference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property. Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incocporated by reference into this Mortgaqe.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows: ~
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Bocrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances~ with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissoty notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebted~ess secured by this Mort-
gage, not includinq sums advanced in accordanceN~b~with to protect the security of this Mortqage~ exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US - ~
