Secured Party and Debtor hereby acknowledge that the Items of Equipment described in this Schedule are upon execution
hereof covered by the Agreement and that the following is a description of said Items, the Advance Amount on account thereof,
the installment payments applicable thereto and the Equipment Location thereof.

Engine Lathe and other miscellaneous Plastic Extruding Equipment
