THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me upon the Petition for
Approval of Settlement of a claim for personal injuries sustained by SHAROLYN
THOMAS, a minor, by and through such minor's parents and natural guardians,
SHARLEEN THOMAS, and PAUL L. THOMAS, and the Court having considered the tes-
i timony of the Plaintiffs and the minor, and being further advised in the pre-
i mises, the Court finds »

~ 1. That SHAROLYN THOMAS is a minor.

~ 2. The Plaintiffs, PAUL L. THOMAS, and SHARLESS THOMAS, are the
~
~ parents and natural guardians and next friends of said minor.

~ 3. That said minor sustained personal injuries for which said
~
~
minor has a claim. It is thereupon
~
~ CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~
~ 1. The Petition for Approval of Settlement of the claim of the
~ -
~ minor for personal injuries be and the same is hereby granted.
~
_ 2. The Settlement of such minor's claims in the amount of TEN
THOUSAND DOLLARS, and NO/100, ($10,000.00), is hereby approved.
