That part of the North 1/2 of Lot 30 and the North 30 feet of the South 1/2 ~
of L~t 30 lying South and East of Okeechobee Road in Section 29, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, as Recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 23 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said part extending no more than 10 feet Northwesterly beyond the New
Right of Way Line for State Road 70 as located in Parcel 112.
Containing 3572 square feet, more or less. ~
All as shown on the Right of Way Map for Section 94030-2513, State Road 70,
St. Luc;e County.
for the_purpose of tying in and harmonizing said property and the driveways,
walkways, et~., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the Department
of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and that
all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural impoovements
within the limits designated, and all work will be performed in such manner that
existing structural i~provements will not be damaged.
This EASEMENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the
, said road project, anticipated to be in three (3) years, and va~nsation
