That part of Lots 23, 26 and the North 85 feet of Lot 31, lying Southeasterly
of Okeechobee Road in Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, as _
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 23 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. ~ -
Said part extending no more than 10 feet Southeasterly beyond the New
itight of Way line for State Road 70, as located in Parcel 114.
Containing 0.335 of an acre, more or less.
All as shown or~ the Right of Way Map for.Section 94030-2513, State Road 7Q,
St. Lucie County.
for the purpose of tying in and harmonizing said property and the dr~veways,
walkways, etc. thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the Department
of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
u~on the above land shall not extend beyond tha limits outlined above and that
all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural improvements
within the limits designated, and all work vrill be performed in such manner that
existing structural improvements will not be damaged.~
This EASEMENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the .
said road project, anticipated to be in three (3~ Y~ars~ an~d oa~pens~tion is
presently based upon said period.
