ORDER CORRECTING CLERICAL ERROR
. THIS MATTER having come,before the Court upon the Peti-
tioner's Motion to Correct a Clerical Error contained i~ the
Final Judgment in the above styled cause, on November 2 ,
1978, and the Counsel for the Defendant having consented to
the Petitioner's Motion to Correct Clerical Error, and this
Court being satisfied that the Judgment does contain an error
I as recited in the Petitioner's Moti_on, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJIlDGED:
f l. That Paragraph 2 on Page 1 be corrected and amended so
