SUPPLEMENTAL LOAN AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is Entered into between the lender and the
borrower pursuant to the terms of the Supplemental Agreement dated
May 31, 1977 in connection with Loan No. 22008666 Paragraph 4. In
order to modify the interest rate and term of the mortgage loan from '
the borrower to the lender, which loan is recorded in O.R. Book 269 ~
at page 150 of the St. Lucie County Public Records, and said mortgage
loan is hereby modified as to interest rate and terms as follows
~ although the amount of said mortgage loan remains_at its original
principal amount of $25,200.00:
Said mortgage is hereby extended to a 30-year term making
monthly mortgage payments of $215.60 per month for 30 years, and said
mor~gage terms are modified accordingly, and the present principal
amount, which is the original amount of the mortgage remains $25,200.00,
and the interest rate is modified to be 9.70$ interest with points
charged of 1..'~ points and in all other respects said mortgage note and
obligation remains the same.
The lender has advanced no new funds to the borrower and has
merely modified the note dated May 31, 1977, to provide for 9.70$
interest in lieu of 8.08 interest, plus 1.5$ interest charged as points
and to provide for monthly payments over 30 years, said payments to
commence Apri1 1, 1979 in the amount of $215.60 per month or 360 pay-
ments. .
In all other respects, the terms of the mortgage, note~~8nd';.
Supplemental Agreement remain the same. ~
