This Note is secured by a mortgage (the Mortgage) , ci;,teci the date
hereof, of property situateci in the State of Florida, qranteci by the hlaker t~~
the Payee, to which refert~nce is hereby made for a description of the
mortgaged property, the ?~ature and extent of the security, the.rights of
the Payee In respect thereof and the terms a~d conditions upon which this
Note Is issued.
The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreemerit extendi~g
the time or modifying the .~bove terms of payment, made by tt:e Payee anc!
the owner or owners of the {~roperty 3ffected by the Mortgage, wt~ether with
or without notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay
the amount due hereunder, bu1 with jnterest at s rate no yr-eater than tl~~ ~

Interest Rate, according to the terms of any such agreement of extension cz~
modification.
The unpaid bala~ce of the PrincipaF Amount, plus accrued interest
shall become due and payable at thc o~tion of the Payee under the happening
of an event by which said balance shall or may become due and payable
under the terms of the Mortyage.
This Note may nvt t~e changed orally, but only by an agreement in
writing, signed by the pa~ty against whum enforcement of any watver,
chanye, modification or ciischarge is sought.
All parties to this N~te, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor
or endorser, hereby waive presentment for payment, demand, protest,
, notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and expressly agree jointly and
; severally to remain and cuntinue bound for the payment of the principal and
~ lnterest provideci for by tl~e terms of this Note, notwithstanding a~y exten-
i sion or extensions of the tim` c,f, or for the payment of said principal or
~ interest, or any change or cl~anyes i~ the amount or amounts agreed to be
; paid under or by virtue ot the obliyation to pay provideci for in this Note,
; or any change or chan_yes by way of release or surrender or substitution
