to the Court that said incompetent oWns property in this atate and that it i8
necessary for a guardian to be appointed for the person and the property of such
incompetent and that ANNIB C. TII.T~lAN was adjudged incompetent on the ~day
of January, 1979 by this Court; and the Court being fully advised;
IT IS ORDBR AND ADJUDGBD:
1. That CLAUDS C. TILZ.MAN, JR., be and he is hereby appointed guardian
of the person and of the property of his mother, ANNIE C. TII.I.MAN, incompetent.
2. That the said CI.~iUDB C. TILI~IAN, JR. be, and he is hereby required
