I, ROBERT OORDON, a resident af the State of Florida, being

declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former Wills, testimentary dispositions and Caiicils heretofore by me
at any time executed by me.

I desire and direct that my body be buried in a manner suitable ~
to my circumstances in life. Likewise, I desire and direct that all
my enforceable debts be paid without unnecessary delay by my Executor
hereinafter named and appointed.

I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
; of my estate, real, personal or mixed, whatscever kind and wherescever

In the event that my wife should predecease me or we die as a
result of a common calamity, then and in that event only, I appoint my

~ son, KEVIN GORDON, to be the guardian of the persons and property

~ of any of my children who are under the age of eighteen (18) years and

~ unmarried.

In the event that my said wife KATHLEEN JOY GORDON, should
predecease me and all of our children have attained the age of eighteen ~

(18) years, then and in that event only, I give, devise and bequeath my
