I hereby constitute and appoint my son, KEVIN GORDON, the ~
sole Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, ~and I expressly ;
confer upon bim the power as such Executor, to administer rriy estate, ~
excusing him from any bond, or making any returns to any Court. 1
expressly confer upon him full authority and power to sell and convey
~ any part of all of my estate, at public or private sale, with or without
notice, as he may deem best and without the Order of any Court. I
further expressly confer upon him the authority to borrow money for the
use of my said esta[e, in any instance where he may think it necessary
and proper, and to secure the same by mortgage, trust deed or other
form of security, to or upon any part of my escate; this he may do ~
without the Order of any Court.
