PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN ~

The undersigned, as attorney for the guardian of the person ,
and property of VIRGINIA SUE EVANS, incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no
longer exists by reason of the fact that VIRGINIA SUE EVANS
attained her majority in 1976.
2. The reason that petition for discharge was never filed
in this guardianship is that at the time VIRGINIA SUE EVANS
attained her majority, the attorney of record, PHILIP G. NOURSE,
assumed the bench as a circuit court judge in St. Lucie County,
and as such, the file was referred to another attorney who was
uninformed as to the existence of this guardianship. The firm of
FEE, KOBLEGARD 6 TEEL, P.A., was only referred the guardianships
of LEROY AND BETTY JO EVANS.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered formally
i discharging Dorothy Sapp as guardian of VIRGINIA SUE EVANS.
