ORDER SETTING ASIDE HOMESTEAD
On the petition of BLANCHE A. SCHMITT, for an order
setting aside the homestead of the above deceased,~the
Court finding that all interested persons have been
served proper notice of this hearing, or have waived
notice thereof; that the material allegations of the
petition are true; that the decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida at the time of death; that
decedent was survived by a surviving spouse; and that at
the time of decedent's death, he owned certain real
property described in the petition ~pon which he resided
as the head of a family; it is
ADJUDGED that the following-described property:
Lots 2 and 3, Block 3, NEBRASKA COURT SUBDIVISION
a plat as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 48, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ constituted the homestead of the above decedent within

i the meaning of Section 4 of Article X of the Florida

~ ADJUDGED FURTHER that the above-described property
