Such provisions as are inco~porated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender ac,~ree that all
references to the Property, Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above descn'bed master form of
mortgaqe and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the pcovisions
hereby incorporated by refe~ence into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVFNANTS. BocTOwer and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with
interest theceon, shall be secured bY t??is Mortgaqe when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed
the arqinal amount of the Note plus US $ ~I~~F -
