THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the
Motion for Protective Order filed herein by Defendant Rochester,
with Jay W. Molyneaux, Esquire, being present on behalf of the
Plaintiff, and Ben L. Bryan, Jr., Esquire, being present on
behalf of the Defendant Rochester, and the Court, after hearing
argument of counsel, and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED:
1. The Motion is granted insofar as the Defendant will produce
on or before March 19 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
the documents requested in Plaintiff's Request For Production ~
~ of Documents, at 133 South 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida.
