THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon the ~

Motions to Compel and Motion for Leave to File an Amended Answer
with affirmative defenses in counterclaim of the Defendants,
JOHN WILLIAMS and CHRISTINE WILLIAMS, and the Court having
considered the same, hearing the arguments and comments of ~

Counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it ~
is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .
1. The Motion to Compel is rendered mute by com-
pliance of the Plaintiffs and, therefore, is considered with-
drawn; . ~
2. The Motion for Leave is granted;
~ 3. The Defendants shall have ten (10) days in which
