THIS INDENTURE, executed this day of January , A.D.

cerm as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs~ executors, administrators, successors~ legal

term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's heirs~ executors. administrators, successors, legal
representatives and assigns, and shall denote the singular or plural, and the masculine or feminine, and natural or
artiiicial persons, whenever and wherever the context so requires or admits.
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor is justly and legally indebted to the Mortgagee in the sum of TWO THOUSAND
THREE HUNDRED AND NO/100----------------------------------------------------
Dollars 2, 300 . 00 g~ and lawful money of the United States of America advanced by the Morigagee
unto the Mortgagor, as evidenced by a certain promissory note of even date herewith, the terms of which are madz
a part hereof by reference~ said note being payable in sixty equal monthly installments of
$48.03 each (first and last payment may vary slightly in amount) payable
on the first day of each succeeding month, the first such payment being
due and payable of the first day of the month of March next followi*?g.

to interest, balance to principal, until fully paid according to the Note.
And, WHEREAS, Mortgagor is desirous of better and more fully securing the payment of the said note and

` WIT'NESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations, and to secure the payment of the aggregate sum
; of money named in the gromissory note hereinabove referred to, together with interest thereon and all other sums
' of money secured hereby as hereinafter ptovided, the Mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien~ release, convey and
~ conEirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described real property located in the County of
~E St. LuCie , State of Florida , of which the Nriortgagor is now seized and possessed, to-
