THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 20th day
of February, 1979 and continuing through the 22nd day of .
~ February, 1979, on the issues of damages for rental and services
rendered, the imposition of a lien and attorneys fees, and it
appearing to the Court that a jury was duly impaneled and sworn
in in accordance with the law to hear the evidence and determine
the issue of damages, and after reviewing various documents

introduced into evidence, and after hearing testimony of the
Plaintiff and its individual witnesses, and the testimony

of the Defendant and his individual witnesses, and the arguments
of counsel, and the charge of the Court, the jury retired to

~ consider their verdict and upon returning it to open Court, ~

~ ordered the following verdict: ~

~ "We find for the Plaintiff, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, and

~ assess damages in the amount of $1,162.82.

- The Court, having considered the various documents
introduced into evidence, and the testimony of the Plaintiff

and the Defendant, and the arguments of counsel, and being
~ otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
- (1) The CITY OF FORT PIERCE CITY MARINA did render
~ dockage and other valuable services in reference to the
