(2) The CITY OF FORT~PIERCE is entitled to a lien upon
the said boat, based upon the Dockage Agreement and Florida
Statute Section 713.60; .
(3) Said lien includes amounts found to be due for

rental, dockage and other valuable services rendered by the i

Plaintiff, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, to and for the benefit of the
Defendant, MEL ELKINS, individually, and/or WAMEL CORPORATION,INC. ~
a dissolved Florida corporation, attorneys fees and costs of ~
this action; ,

(4) The City is sntitled to a reasonable attorneys fee
for the services of its attorneys in bringing this action;

(5) A reasonable attorneys fee would be $900.00;
(6) The Plaintiff, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, is entitled to
a judgment directing execution against said boat for all amounts
found to be due, including attorneys fees and costs, in accordance

with Florida Statute Section 85.Oi1 (4).

The said Verdict having been duly file~ and entered upon

the records of the Court, and this Court having made the findings ±
as aforesaid, it is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, i

recover of and f rom the Defendant, MEL ELKINS, individually, and j

as trustee of WAMEL CORPORATION, a dissolved Florida Corporation,
the sum of $2,062.82, together with costs, to be set upon further
order of this Court, for which let execution issue;and it is

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, CITY OF
FORT PIERCE, shall have a lien upon the 1932 64' Elco boat
owned by the Defendant, MEL ELKINS, individually, and/or as ~

trustee of WAMEL CORPORATION, a dissolved Florida corporation,
said lien to be a prior lien on the aforesaid personal property

over all other liens accruing or that may be fileci after this
date; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that if the Defendant, MEL ELKINS,
individually, and%or as trustee of WAMEL CORPORATION, a dissolved
