incurred subsequent to the date of this Judgment forthwith,
the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, upon proper levy of that
property shall sell that property at public sale within the
- legal houre of sale on a day not less than thirty (30) days

after the date of this Judgment, to the highest and best ~

bidder or bidders for cash at that place where the property
was when taken possession of under the levy; and it is hereby
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff shall ,
advance the cost of publication of the Notice of Execution
Sale and any other fees for making the sale, and shall be
reimbursed therefore by the Sheriff of St. Lucie County out E

of the proceeds of the sale, if the Plaintiff shall not become
a purchaser of the property at such sale; and it is hereby
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all costs and expenses
of these proceedings subsequent to the entry of this Final ~ ~

Judgment, including the cost of publishing the Notice of ~

Execution Sale, levy of executian and other fees shall be ~
; first paid from the proceeds of such sale; the remaining ~

amounts due to the Plaintiff, with interest thereon as pro-
