. FORT PIERCE, shall be e~titled to obtain a Warrant for Possession
of any berth, space or premises in posseasion of the Defendant,
MEL ELKINS, without further notice,upon written motion ~o the
Clerk of this Court. said Warrant for Possession to authorize
the Sheriff of Saint Lucie County to use any and all means
necessary, including the towing of the boat owned by the Defendant,
MEL ELKINS, outside the limits of the Fort Pierce City Marina;
and it is hereby
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all costs in this
cause shall be taxed and awarded upon appropriate motion there-
fore.
