fere with the operation of watercraft through the established
channel leading from the FORT PIERCE CITY MARINA and within
the territorial limits of the FORT PIERCE CITY MARINA;
(b) Decorating his boat with any placards, banners, signs
or similar objects pertaining to any boycott of the FORT PIERCE
CITY MARINA, the operation of the FORT PIERCE CITY MARINA,
and/or the availability and/or quality of services available
at the FORT PIERCE CITY MARINA and/or any and all advertising
or claims af the ability to give information as to the availability
of any services, marine supplies, fuel or dockage at the FORT PIERCE
CITY MARINA;
(c) Entering into or upon any of the docks, piers, slips
or berthing areas of the FORT PIERCE CZTY MARINA;
(d) Entering into or upon the docking areas of the FORT
PIERCE CITY MARINA and/or docking, berthYnq or tying up to any
dock, slip, piling or other structure within the FORT PIERCE
CITY MARINA;
(e) From entering into or upon any of the ~nternal areas,
whether or not delineated by fences, gates, or other structure,
within the FORT PIERCE CITY MARINA; -
(f) Causing his boat to enter upon any water and waters
within the territorial limits of the Fort Pierce City Marina,
except navigable channels normally used by vessels in traveling
by and through the FORT PIERCE CITY tiARINA; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, tdEL ELKINS,
shall not be required to post any bond at.this time to assure
his faithful compliance with this permanent injunction; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court shall retain
and reserve jurisdiction of this cause for any further questions
and issues which may arise, including further injunctive relief.
