of any canal at a speed greater than 5 milea per hour.

~ 10. The lot owner 6as acquired certain recreational rights
~ pureuant to that certain lease betaeen AQUA RABBLLA ASSOCIATTS,
a Florida partnerehip, and the Homeowner~ Aesociation, dated
September. 18, 1973 and re~orded in Oiticial Records Book i
~ Page z7~9 , St. Lucie County, Florida, public records. The !
~ Grantees herein accept the title sub~ect to all the term~ condi-
~ ~ tiona o! that lease and hereby pledge the property bein~ co:iveyed }
~ hereby, to¢etber with any luture improve,enta to cover the rent, ~
~ ~ or other amount~ due under said lease. The lien being created
~ hereby •hall attach i~ediately upon the lailure to pay the rent ~

~ due, and can be enforced either by the Homeowners Association or
