St. Lucie County, Florida, securing the sum of $ 47,600.00; ~

WHEREAS,David L. Johnston and Viney M. has divested (themselves,
himself, herself, itself) of any interest in the property covered by

the above mortgage and desires to be released of all personal liability
in connection with the said note and mortgage;
WHEREAS,Franklin L. Dawson and Arabelle P. Dawson is

agreeable to assume personal liability in connection with said note °

and mortgage; ~

NOkT THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises above recited, ;
and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
cac~siderations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, it is hereby
stipulated and agreed: .
THAT Franklin L. and Arabelle P. Dawson does assume and ~ ~

f agree to pay and become personally liable for the amount due for said
