ORDER
This cause coming before the Court on.the Motion to Reinstate
the Final Judgment in this cause and the sale of real property incident
to the said Final Judgment and a subsequ~nt Motion for Judgment of Petition
and Sale in the absence thereof and it appearing to the Court that the
Guardian Ad Litem was served duly and according to law and filed an Answer
herein and that there are no issues of fact or law to be decided by the
; Court and the Court being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby ~
~ ORDERED as follows:

; 1. That the Petition as filed and answered by the Guardian Ad Litem

~ and the records confirm that the property herein petitioned is not divisible
~ ~
; and should be sold in order to divide the proceeds therefrom. .

~ POITRAS, Clerk of Circuit Court, to Conduct a sal ~ at pu ic outcry after
~ due notice and according to law and to sell the property to the highest bidder ~

$ for cash with the exception that in the event one of the two parties having a ~

~ vested right in the property and parties to this suit, may be the high bidder
~
~ and in which event, the said bidder may assume the first mortgage against the
property and shall pay in addition thereto, all of the costs of the sale,
~ including abstracting, deeds, suit costs, attorney's fees, stamps and any and
~
~ all items necessary to completion of this cause and the sale of the subject
~
~ property and upon the said assumption and upon paying the said costs, said

party may be the high bidder.
