foregoing, is hereby authorized to execute and deliver a deed to the said
high bidder and to apply the proceeds therefrom in accordance with the
foregoing, to-wit: First to the pa~yment of mortgages,.liens, costs, attorneys'
fees, abstracting and other costs incurred in the progress of this cause, and
after all of the said expenses have been paid and/or assumed, that any monies
recei ved i n the bi d exceedi ng those necessary to sati sfy the sai d mortgages
and costs and expenses incurred, the Clerk of the Court is advised that the
same shall be equally divided between the claiming parties who are the vested
title holders, to-wit: SYLVIA S. STAMM and DAWN SHERRIN, allowing a period
of time between the date of the sale and division of the proceeds, of a
period of not =less than fifteen (15) days during which said time, the parties
ma~y by sworn affidavits, establish the costs incurred therein and in the
absence of establishing costs other than those within the attention of the
Court, the Court shall satisfy those which are in the record and divide the
proceeds therefrom between the parties.
4. Yhat the Court retain furisdiction for such other and further
0 rders as may be necessary to affeCt the purposes of this suit.
