EDWARD LOFTON, Husband

EDNA LAVERNE LOFTON, 4]ife
ORDER
This cause came on for hearing upon the motion of the Wife,
EDNA LAVERNE LOFTON, for temporary relief as alleged in the
petition for dissolution of marriage, this 2nd day of March, 1979,
and the Court having heard the testimony of the ~]ife and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. This Court reaffirms the temporary restraining order
issued by the Honorable Judge G. Kendall Sharp on February 21,
1979, and this Order shall remain in effect until the final judg-
ment is entered in this cause.
2. The Wife is hereby awarded temporary exclusive possession
of the marital apartment and the furniture and furnishings therein.
The Husband is hereby ordered to quit the premises no later than
2:00 P. M., Sunday, March 4, 1979, and to take with him only his
personal items. The Husband shall not remove any furniture or
~ furnishings in the apartment other than these personal items.

e 3. Custbdy of the minor child born of the marriage, TIA LOFTON,
~ is hereby temporarily awarded to the Wife. The Husband may only
exercise visitation rights in the presence of the Wife and at the
convenience of the Wife.
4. The Wife is hereby awarded the sun of $35.00 per week
as temporary child support for the minor child, TIA LOFTON. Com-
men~ing the 9th day of March, 1979, the husband shall pay to the
- FJife the sum of $35.00 each and every week. Each payment shall be
_ made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to
the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00
y as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
