ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on the motions to

dismiss/strike of GEORGE E. CARTER d/b/a BOWEN WATER
CONDITIONING SERVICE, STATE FARM FIRE AND CASUALTY COMPANY,
AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., a foreign corporation d/b/a
AIRQUATIC, and GORMAN COI?iPANY, a Florida corporation,
and the court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Counts II, III; V, VI,
VII, VIII, IX and X be and are hereby dismissed. Plaintiff
shall have twenty (20) days to amend said Counts. The
I
motions to dismiss/strike as to Counts I and IV be and
the sane are hereby denied.

Plaintiff's motion to amend the complaint is granted
' and Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days to amend to
plead a punitive damage Count against GEORGE E. CARTER
d/b/a BanIEN WATER CONDITIONING SERVICE.
