and assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the

requested the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION F/K/A CITIZENS SERVICE CORPORATION, A
FLORIDA CORPORATION to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said SUNBURST SERVICE CORPORATION F/K/A CITIZENS
SERVICE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, as well to consideration of the premises
as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it in
hand paid by the said
BEN D. EMERSON, A SINGLE ADULT
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of
said mortgage unto the said
BEN D. EMERSON, A SINGLE ADULT
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 1, of EXECUTIVE ESTATES, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18,

BEN D. EMERSON, A SINGLE ADULT
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said
mortgage, and every part thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein
i contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part. of said mortgaged premises, not hereby
released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
