~ I, ROBERT CORDON, a resident of the State of Florida, being

of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and

declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
former Wills, testimentary dispositions and Codicils heretofore by me
at any time executed by me.

I desire and direct that my body be buried in a manner suitable
to my circumstances in life. Likewise, I desire and direct that all
my enforceable debts be paid without unnecessary delay by my Executor
hereinafter named and appointed

I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, real, personal or mixed, whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate, of which I may die seized or possessed, or to which I may be

or become in any way ecrtitled or have any interest in to my beloved

wife, KATHLEEN JOY CORDON.

In the event that my wife should predecease me or we die as a
result of a common calamity, then and in that event only, I appoint my
son, KEVIN CORDON, to be the guardian of the persons and property
of any of my children who are under the age of eighteen (18) years and
unmarried.

In the event that my said wife KATHLEEN JOY CORDON, should
predecease me and all of our children have attained the age of eighteen
(18) years, then and in that event only, I give, devise and bequeath my
