is the true and lawful owner and holder of a certain mortgage given by
Jochen Erner
to Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., bearing date the 25th daY of
March 19 75 , recorded in official Record Book 242 page 36
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Cour_ty
state of Florida, given to secure the sum of Eighty Seven Hundred Seventy Four
and 40/10 Dollars (S 8774.40 ) , evidenced by a
certain installment note, upon the following described property situated, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot No. 165/I , in that certain condominium known
as Outdoor Resorts of America at Nettles Island ~
as shown by plat recorded in the office of the Circuit
Court in and for_St. Lucie County, Florida, in plat

has received full payment of said indebtedness, and does hereby acknowledge
satisfaction of said mortgage, and hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit
Court to cancel the same of record.
