West Palm Beach, F1. 33405 and MARY ANN ZAPETIS, single person, 441 Notting-
ham Boulevard, West Palm Beach, F1. 33405, parties of the second part. ,O

The parties of the first part, pursuant to the powers of the personal
representative conferred by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes (1975), and in
consideration of the premises and a sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm to the parties of the second part and
to their heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property situate in
the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St~. Lucie and State of Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 6 and 7, Block 785 of Port St. Lucie, Section 18,
a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 13, page 17, in the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-.
tenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second part and to
their successors, in fee simple, forever.
AND the parties of the first part hereby covenant to and with the
parties of the second part and their successors that in all things prelim-
] inary to and in and about this conveyance, the laws of Florida have been
j followed and complied with in all respects.
