R.D. McLAUGHLIN being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
ASSOCIATION, INC. ,anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida. which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA.
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE WDRIO
CORPORATION, said Ass[gnment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 20~i5 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.

2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain Iot. block and _
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidav[t being recorded in Official Record Hook 294 _
page 1615 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
3. That the- LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 12, Block 13, Unit 2
in the name of: Mohawk Homes, Inc.
and now held in the name of: Wesley L. RITCHIE
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. I have hereunto set my hand and the seat of said
corporation, this 28th day of February 1979 '
