Party of the First Part, pursuant to the power cf
sale ccntained in the Will of thz decedent,
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells„ aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Apartment 101, ISLAND HOUSE CONDOMINIUMS BUILDING III,
Phase I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of
Condominium, dated May 23, 1973, recorded on May 29,
1973, in Official Record Book 214, pages 1858 through
1933, of the public records of St. Lucie County.
Florida. TOGETHER WITH all draperies, carpet and
personal property on agreed list.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
the Party of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that
