is subject in every respect to the Ik~c•laration of Condominiun as to the condominium
in which his writ is located and Exhibits attached thc>•eta, inclc,ding but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to t!?e Declaration of referred to
therein), the lay-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating b„dget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Mrendments to the aforesaid l1e-
c1•aration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, Ry-L;,ws and Ieclaration
. of Covenants ar?d Restrictions of the,l'roperty U,mer's Association; and I'c,rcliaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
'Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure ar~d floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to tl?e sucessful oi~cr;,tion and ma,?age-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for ti,e benefit of
all the o~~ners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in ti?e aforeclescribed
Condominium covenant a1?d agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. 1'~rrchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said ]leclaratirn? of Condo-
minirm, and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the a~scssment ,under the
Property U~~ners' Association docimrents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonahle, fair and ec{uitable, and said Purchaser aclo?owled{;es and confirms
that the Declaration of Covena,-~ts anct Restrictions of the Property (>,.~?ers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a 1 ien ulmn the Condaminirnn parcel being conveyed to
1-1,rchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
znd Restrictions of the Property O+,n~ers' Association and said Purchaser assrm?es the
obligations ac to the Property O+~.ners' Association as to his condominirun parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and incluceu~ent~, if any, are
as contained in tl?e aforesaid Declaration of Crnxlonnnitan :u?cl Iahihits attached there-
to, and the comryon expenses and the scans due under the !'roperty (a.~:er's /lssociation
and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically ?:arranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and tl?e E~chibits attached tl?ereto.
