A hearing was held in the above styled matter on February
26, 1979 upon the Defendant Food Fair Stores, Inc.'s motion to stay
these proceedings or strike this matter from the trial docket of
April 2, 1979. After hearing arguments of counsel, the Court being.
otherwise sufficiently advised, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The stay of the proceedings is hereby granted and
the case shall be removed from the jury docket April 2, 1979 and
the pre-trial conference cancelled.
2. Said stay shall be without prejudice to the Plaintiff
to prosecute her claim and shall be removed in the event she obtains
E proper service upon the Trustee of Bankruptcy in this matter in the

Southern District of New York.
