AFFIDAVIT

Before me, the undersigned officer duly authorized under
the laws of the State of Florida to administer oaths and take
acknowledgments, personally appeared MARGARET H. OLIVER, who
being first duly sworn, under oath, deposes and says:
}
1. That Affiant and HORACE D. OLIVER held title to
the following described real property as an estate by the entirety:
Lot 20, Block 1140 of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION 9, a Subdivision according to
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12,
at Page 39A, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That Affiant and HORACE D. OLIVER, Deceased, took
title to the above described property as tenants by the entirety
by Warranty Deed dated March 8, 1972, from GENERAZ< DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, lawfully authorized to
transact business in the State of Florida, and filed for record
June 16, 1972 in Official Records Book 203, at Page 1217, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County,-Florida.
3. That Affiant and said HORACE D. OLIVER, Deceased,
were legally married at the time of taking title to said property
and that such marriage remained continuous and without interruption
until the death of said HORACE~D. OLIVER on January 7, 1979.
4. That at the time of the death of the said HORACE D.
OLIVER, said decedent was a legal resident of Dade County, Florida;
and that the Estate of said decedent was not subject to State or
Federal inheritance taxes.
