municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, does hereby acknowledge
full satisfaction of the anwunt claimed to be due for constructing those certain
local improvements adjaceat to and abutting upon and around the following described
property, and that the said City of Fort Pierce does hereby consent and direct that
