condominium, Monroe County, Florida; Venture (1ut at Indian River, Inc., a condo-
minium, St. Lucie County, Florida; Holiday Out_at St. Lucie, Inc „ a condc~ninium,
St. Lucie Count~, Florida; Venture Out Mobile Nome Park, St. Lucie County Florida;
and Venture Out~at ~tesa, Inc., a condor~inium (Unit I), Maricooa Count~, Arizona;
and all ?nonies and obligations due and to become due thereunder; all amendments,
re~lacements, substitutions, rene~vals, and additions to the forenoing; ~roceeds
