Loan Association, a California corporation, with a principal

does hereby revoke that certain Power of Attorney granted to
Frederick J. Sieber of Clearwater, Florida on February 24, 19713, '
and does hereby give notice that Frederick J. Sieber is no longer j
authorized to take any action or execute any documents or instru-
meets whatsoever on behalf of Citzens Savings and Loan Association.
