DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ ~
This cause came on for trial the 5th day of March, 1979, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between PATRICIA
CORBITT and ROBERT CORBITT be and the same is hereby dissolved and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.

2. RESTORATION OF NAME: PATRICIA CORBITT be and she is hereby
! authorized to assume her former name of PATRICIA MAYNARD and to use

~ the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
~ 3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties'is hereby enjoined }
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
other.

4. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines the sum of $250.00

to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for her services herein and
ROBERT CORBITT is ordered to pay said attorney said sum together

with costs herein assessed at•$42.00.

5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
t
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
