Declaration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit D attached hereto and made a part hereof
(the "Phase IV Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited to,
Buildings 518, 519, 520 and 521 and the parking facilities shown on Exhibit
D-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit D-1 being a
survey and plot plan for Phase IV (the "Phase IV Survey") . .
4 . Phase V , if added to this Condominium pursuant to this Decla-
ration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more particu-
larly described in Exhibit E attached hereto and made a part hereof (the
"Phase V Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited to,
Buildings 318, 319, 320 and 321 and the parking facilities shown on Exhibit
E-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof , the said Exhibit E-1 being a
survey and plot plan for Phase V (the "Phase V Survey") .
5 . Phase VI , if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit F attached hereto and made a part hereof
(the "Phase VI Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited to,
Buildings 522, 523, 524 and 525 and the parking facilities shown on Exhibit
F-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit F-1 being a '
survey and plot plan for Phase VI (the "Phase VI Survey") .
6. Phase VII , if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit G attached hereto and made a part hereof
(the "Phase VII Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited
to, Buildings 322, 323, 324 and 325 and the parking facilities shown on Exhibit 3
_ G-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit G-1 being a
survey and plot plan for Phase VII (the "Phase VII .Survey") .
7 . Phase VIII , if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by amendment hereto, shall. consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit H attached hereto and made a part hereof -
(the "Phase VIII Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited
to, Buildings 117, 118, 119 and 120 and the parking facilities shown on Exhibit
H-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit H-1 being a
survey and plot plan for Phase VIII (the "Phase VIII Survey") .

! 8. Phase IX, if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by- amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit I attached hereto- and made a part hereof
(the "Phase IX Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited to,
Buildings 121, 122, 123 and 124 and the parking facilities shown on Exhibit
I-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit I-1 being a
survey and plot plan for Phase IX (the "Phase IX Survey") .
9 . Phase X , if added to this Condominium pursuant to this Decla-
~ ration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more particular-
1 ly described in Exhibit 7 attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Phase
X Land") and those improvements, including, but' not limited to, Buildings
~ 1014, 1015, 1016 and 1017 and the parking facilities shown on Exhibit J-1
attached hereto and made a part hereof , the said Exhibit 7-1 being a survey
and plot plan for Phase X (Lhe "Phase X Survey") .
10. Phase XI , if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
