Buildings 1009 , 1011, 1012 and 1013 and the parking facilities shown on
Exhibit K-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit K-1
being a survey and plot plan for Phase XI (the "Phase XI Survey") .
11. Phase XII , if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit L attached hereto and made a part hereof
(the "Phase XII Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited
to, Buildings 1001, 1003, 1005 and 1007 and the parking facilities shown on
Exhibit L-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit L-1
being a survey and plot plan for Phase XII (the "Phase XII Survey") .
12. Phase XIII, if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit M attached hereto and made a part hereof
(the "Phase XIII Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited
to, Buildings 727, 1019, 1220 and 1222 and the parking facilities shown on
Exhibit M-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit M-1
being a survey and plot plan for Phase XIII (the "Phase XIII Survey") .
13. Phase XIV, if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit N attached hereto and made a part hereof
(the "Phase XIV Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited
to, Buildings 1212, 1214, - 1216 and 1218 and the parking facilities shown on
Exhibit N-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit N-1 -
being a survey and plot plan for Phase XIV (the "Phase XIV Survey") .
14 . Phase XV , if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit O attached hereto and made a part hereof
(the "Phase XV Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited to,
Buildings 1204, 1206, 1208 and 1210 and the parking facilities shown on
Exhibit O-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof , the said Exhibit O-1
being a survey and plot plan for Phase XV (the "Phase XV Survey") .
15. Phase XVI , if added to this Condominium pursuant to this
Declaration by amendment hereto, shall consist of the real property more
particularly described in Exhibit P attached hereto and made a part hereof
t (the "Phase XVI Land") and those improvements, including, but not limited
to, Buildings 125, 127, 131 and 1202 and the parking .facilities shown on
3 Exhibit P-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, the said Exhibit P-1
t being a survey and plot plan for Phase XVI (the "Phase XVI Survey").
Each of Phases II through XVI , if submitted to condominium owner-
ship pursuant to this Declaration, shall contain eight (8) two-bedroom Apart-
ments, each containing approximately 1,280 square feet; four (4) two-bedroom
Apartments each -containing approximately 1, 296 square feet; and four (4)
one-bedroom Apartments, each containing approximately 816 square feet.
~ Each such Apartment is identified by a three or four digit (as the case may
be) arabic number which identifies the Building containing such Apartment and
either the letter A, B , C or D . No Apartment bears the same designation as
any other Apartment. The Developer does not intend to add any additional
items of personal property if Phases II through XVI or any of them are so
added to this Condominium. Each of Phases II through XVI, inclusive, which
is submitted to condominium ownership pursuant to this Declaration shall be
completed no later than December 31, 1983 .
