A. The recreation facilities and other Common Elements shown on the
Survey and included in Phase I will be owned by all Apartment Owners of all
Apartments in aU Phases submitted to condominium ownership pursuant to this
Declaration or amendments hereto though some of the Common Elements are
Limited Common Elements as set forth in this Declaration. If any particular
Phase is not added as part of the Condominium by .amendment to this Declara-
tion, no portion of that Phase (including, but not limited to, the Common
Elements which would have constituted a portion of that particular Phase)
shall become a part of the Condominium. If any given Phase is added to the
Condominium, then all of the Common Elements constituting a portion of that
Phase shall become a part of the Condominium with such Common Elements
being owned by all Apartment Owners of aU Apartments in all Phases consti-
tuting aportion of the Condominium, though some of these Common Elements
would be Limited Conunon Elements as set forth in this Declaration .
B . 1. If only Phase I is submitted to condominium ownership pursuant
to this Declaration, there will be twenty-four (24) Apartments each having
one (1) vote in the Association and each having the percentage of ownership
in the Association as set forth in Exhibit Q-1 attached hereto and made a part.

2. If one (1) additional Phase is submitted to condominium owner-
ship pursuant to this Declaration, there will be a total of forty (40) Apart-
ments each having one (1) vote in the Association and each having the per-
centage of ownership in the Association as set forth in Exhibit Q-2 attached
hereto and made a part hereof .
3. If two (2) additional Phases are submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to this Declaration, there will be a total of fifty-six (56)
Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and each having the _
percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in Exhibit Q-3 attached
hereto and made a part hereof .
_ 4 . If three (3) additional Phases .are submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to this Declaration, there will be a total of seventy-two
j (72) Apartrnents each having one (1) vote in the Association and each having
the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in Exhibit Q-4
attached hereto and made a part hereof .
5. If four (4) additional Phases are submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to this Declaration, there will be a total of eighty-eight
<88) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and each having
the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in Exhibit Q-5
