ownership pursuant to this Declaration , there will be a total of one hundred
thirty-six (136) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and
each having the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in
Exhibit Q-8 attached hereto and made a part hereof .
9. If eight (8) additional Phases are submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to this Declaration, there will be a total of one hundred
fifty-two (15'l) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and
each having the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in
Exhibit Q-9 attached hereto and made a part hereof .
10. If nine (9) additional Phases are submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to. this Declaration, there will be a total of one hundred
sixty-eight (168) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and
each having the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in
Exhibit Q-10 attached hereto and made a part hereof .
11. If ten (10) additional Phases are submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to this Declaration, there will be a total of one hundred
eighty-four (1$4) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and
each having the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in
Exhibit Q-11 attached hereto and made a part hereof .
12. If eleven (11) additional Phases are submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to this Declaration, there will be a total of two hundred
(200) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and each having
the percentage of ownership in the Assoc, iation as set forth in Exhibit Q-12
attached hereto and made a part hereof .
13. If twelve (12) additional Phases are submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to this Declaration, there will be a total of two hundred
sixteen (216) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and
each having the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in
Exhibit Q-13 attached hereto and made a part hereof .
14. If thirteen (13) additional Phases are submitted to condominium
ownership pursuant to this Declaration , there will be a total of two hundred
thirty-two (232) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and
E each having the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in
Exhibit Q-14 attached hereto and made a part hereof .

15. If fourteen (14) additional Phases are submitted to condominium
~ ownership pursuant to this Declaration, there will be a total of two hundred
e forty-eight (248) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and
each having the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in
Exhibit Q-15 attached hereto and made a part hereof .
16. If all fifteen (15) additional Phases are submitted to condomin-
ium ownership pursuant to this Declaration, there will be two hundred sixty-
four (264) Apartments each having one (1) vote in the Association and each
having the percentage of ownership in the Association as set forth in Exhibit
Q-16 attached hereto and made a part hereof .
C. Developer, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to add any
or all Phases as part of this Condominium or not to add any or all Phases as
_ part of this Condominium. Hence, notwithstanding anything contained in this
Declaration to the contrary, no portion of any Phase other than Phase I shall
be affected or encumbered by this Declaration, except for the provisions of
Article XI hereof , unless and until such Phase is added to the Condominium
