A parcel of land lying in Section27, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the East half of the Southeast quarter of
said Section 27; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89°15'56" East, along the
North line of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said Section 27, a
distance of 147.33 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89°15'56"
East, along said North line, a distance of 90.74 feet; thence South 47°52'11" East,
a distance of 204.50 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the North, having
a radius of 45 feet and a central angle of 41°23'45"; thence Easterly, along the
arc of said curve, a distance of 32.51 feet to the end of said curve; thence
South 89°15'56" East, along a line tangent to said curve, a distance of 251.23 feet
to the beginning of a curve concave to tl~e Southwest, having a radius of 155 feet
and a central angle of 79°30'00"; thence Southeasterly, along the arc of said curve,
a distance of 215.07 feet to the end of said curve; thence South 09°45'56" East,
along a line tangent to said curve, a distance of 130 feet; thence South 80°14'04"

the beginning of a curve concave to the Southwest, having a radius of 95 feet

West, along a line tangent to said curve, a distance of 251.23 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave to the North, having a radius of 105 feet and a central angle

egress over and across the said South 30 feet of the East 1265.48 ft. and the said
