Plat Book 5, page 57 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; also known as Builder's Job X111 located
at 3112 Navajo Ave., Fort Pierce, Florida.
The mortgagor covenants and agrees to comply with all thh
terms and conditions of that certain first mortgage on t e
above described property executed by Benchmark~Construction
Company, Inc., in favor of First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce dated October 30, 1975 and
recorded in OR Book 245 page 1302 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original principal
sum of $ and mortgagor covenants and agrees that
ii he will not permit or_suffer any default in. respect to
any of said covenants and conditions of said first mort-
gage, and any default, breach or violation of any terms
or conditions of said first mortgage shall be a default
f' under the terms of this mortgage, then and in that event,
the principal sum hereunder secured shall be due and

' And the mortgagor hereby further covenants and agrees not

consent of the mortgagee, and the assumption of the new
owner of the unpaid balance of the mortgage, in the event
