monthly installments as follows:

and hereby severally wavves all benefit of homestead and exemption under the

obligation or any extension or renewal hereof.
A late charge payment of $ 7.50 shall be added to each installment
r remaining unpaid seven (7) days after it is due, and a like sum shall
r be added to each such installment remaining unpaid seven (7) days after
each successive payment date.
