FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 5th day of March, 1979, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - '

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between EMMA JEAN
BROWN, Wife and EDDIE EARL BROWN, Husband,. be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed

from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the-obligations arising therefrom. -
2. CUSTODY: Custody of BILLY BROWN, TASHA BROWN, DEATRICK
BROWN and SHERNA BROWN, minor children of the parties is hereby

awarded to EMMA JEAN BROWN, with reasonable visitation rights reserved

to EDDIE EARL BROWN.

3. SUPPORT: Commencing the ~ day of , 1979, EDDIE
T
EARL BROWN shall pay to EMMA JEAN BROWN, the sum of each and
e e4•ery week for the support of the minor children named above. Each
payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
promptly to EMMA JEAN BROWN. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this.
- Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
rtr while this order is in effect.
